X-mas Tafereel
On both Christmas Day and Boxing Day, Stadsherberg de Mol hosts a Christmas Scene. While you enjoy various Christmas fare, a troubadour sings and plays narrative songs and playful tales from the past and present.
Upon entering the Stadsherberg, it feels like stepping back four centuries in time. The Servants welcome you in medieval attire. You’ll find your table by candlelight. Foaming Delft Kuyten Beer is poured from large jugs, and you’ll be served a hearty meal.
The Christmas Tableau begins at 5:00 PM and ends around 8:30 PM. Reservations are available for 2 or more people. The cost for this 3½-hour package is €89 per person. For children up to 12 years old, we charge €7 per year of age.
Upon arrival, the tables will be set with Fruit and Nuts and a calligraphed menu.

If you inform us in advance how many vegetarians you have, our Stew Masters will replace the meat-based items on the menu with other suitable dishes. We can also accommodate other dietary requirements if we are informed in advance (at least 7 days in advance).
The included Drinks Package includes unlimited draft beer, wine, juice, and soft drinks from arrival until coffee time.
If you inform us in advance of any dietary requirements, we can accommodate them.
Medieval costumes such as a piebald vest and matching velvet hat can be rented for only €5 per person.
