Booking Terms and Conditions

If you would like to reserve one of the Oopen Theme Evenings, please inquire by phone or via “booking request” to confirm availability. Upon booking, we will send you a confirmation. Please check the information on this confirmation carefully! We would appreciate receiving your signed confirmation back from us immediately. Your reservation is then final.

For the Oopen Theme Evenings (except the Troubadour Evening), we request that you transfer 50% of the expected total amount as a deposit, quoting your reservation number, no later than two weeks prior to the reserved evening. All necessary information for the deposit will be included in the confirmation.

Minor changes to the number of guests without additional charge are only possible up to 7 days prior to the reserved evening. The number of guests known to us at that time will be considered the guaranteed number. All our prices include VAT.

If you unexpectedly need to cancel, you must do so in writing. You will then owe the fee indicated below (expressed as a percentage of the reservation value):

For cancellations less than 7 days prior to the reserved evening, as well as for no-shows, a 100% fee is due.
For cancellations between 14 and 7 days prior to the reserved evening, a 75% fee is due.
For cancellations between 31 and 14 days prior to the reserved evening, a 50% fee is due.
For cancellations between 45 and 31 days prior to the reserved evening, a 25% fee is due.
All our guests want to experience a pleasant evening in the Middle Ages. If guests arrive at the Stadsherberg and are clearly under the influence of alcohol or other stimulants, we reserve the right to refuse entry to the Stadsherberg if we believe their presence may cause a nuisance to other guests. This will be considered a cancellation by the guest(s), as their behavior is the reason for this. Consequently, the full cost of the booked package is due.

Consuming alcoholic beverages and/or narcotics brought along is not permitted. If a violation is observed, you may be asked to leave Stadsherberg de Mol immediately and pay the full cost of the booked package.

We also wish to inform you that if the composition and/or nature of your group differs from what was stated at the time of booking, we reserve the right to refuse you and your group access to Stadsherberg de Mol. This will be considered a “no-show.”

By making a reservation at Stadsherberg de Mol, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions.

We will always attempt to re-occupy any cancelled spaces. If this is successful, you will not be liable for any compensation for the re-occupied spaces.

Our General Terms and Conditions are filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Delft. You will also find them on this site from where you can print them if you wish.
